Planning for your event
  • Consultations - Free consultations to plan your event
  • I use a multi-page planner, that I personally fill out, to get all the details for your event
  • We will discuss the schedule YOU want for YOUR event
  • We will discuss ideas to make your event stand out from others you have been to
  • Want games?  I can give you examples of games that we can develop
  • After our final planning meeting, I will create a timeline to give to you and the other professionals you have hired

Referrals
  • Referrals to other professionals if you need them
    - Caterers, banquet halls, photographers, videographers, cakes, singers, musicians, etc
  • I have worked with many professionals, and have contact information for them.

Event Coordination
  • I will work with all professionals at your event:
  • Then, at your event, I will make sure everything is run according to our schedule.
  • That way, you don't have to worry about what happens next

Master of Ceremonies
  • As emcee for your event, I will be the host and DJ for your party.
  • When your guests walk in, light background music of your choice will be playing
  • For weddings, the wedding party will be introduced (if desired)
  • In addition, I will announce special activities, such as the cake cutting, toasts, special dances, and others.
  • We will discuss ideas to make your event stand out   In some situations, rehearsals may be needed  for special events.
  • For other types of parties, it will be something similar.

Music Programming
  • I have a wide variety of Music from all genres from yesteryear up to today's hottest music
  • I welcome requests from you, and your friends and family
  • In addition, if you have songs that you DO NOT want played, they will not be--unless vetoed by YOU, in person

Technician
  • Before your guests arrive, equipment setup will occur
  • Equipment setup should occur at least 2 hours prior to event start time, if possible
  • Sound checks and other audio adjustments will take place  
  • After your event, equipment takedown
