	Planning for your event Consultations - Free consultations to plan your event I use a multi-page planner, that I personally fill out, to get all the details for your event We will discuss the schedule YOU want for YOUR event We will discuss ideas to make your event stand out from others you have been to Want games?  I can give you examples of games that we can develop After our final planning meeting, I will create a timeline to give to you and the other professionals you have hired  back to top Referrals Referrals to other professionals if you need them - Caterers, banquet halls, photographers, videographers, cakes, singers, musicians, etc I have worked with many professionals, and have contact information for them. back to top Event Coordination I will work with all professionals at your event: Then, at your event, I will make sure everything is run according to our schedule. That way, you don't have to worry about what happens next back to top Master of Ceremonies As emcee for your event, I will be the host and DJ for your party. When your guests walk in, light background music of your choice will be playing For weddings, the wedding party will be introduced (if desired) In addition, I will announce special activities, such as the cake cutting, toasts, special dances, and others. We will discuss ideas to make your event stand out   In some situations, rehearsals may be needed  for special events.
