Origin of the name "Dr. Gilly"
As a child, Gil wanted to be a doctor, and
was known
as Dr. Gilly. In 1980, he learned the craft of being a DJ, and used Dr.
Gilly
as his DJ name. After researching for a designation for the
Doctor Title, the PHM acronym was
conceived. Then came the definition -- Phenomenal Hit Master
Personal Service
Gil
believes in personal
service, and it is important to get to know the people with which he
will
be working. Knowing about you allows him to better personalize
your
event to your tastes and desires. The end result is you,
enjoying
your family and friends, having FUN, and being Stress

The Doctor's

(home base) is Bloomington/Normal, IL, which is in Central Illinois,
between
Chicago and St. Louis. It is within
driving distance
of Peoria, Champaign-Urbana, Springfield, Decatur, Pontiac,
Indianapolis,
Terre Haute, and the Quad Cities.
